We design mechanical components for individual products or entire devices. Projects are realized in SolidWorks 2020 CAD software that we own the license. We also undertake projects in other CAD softwares provided by the client (Inventor, SolidEdge, Siemens NX, CATIA). SolidWorks It is a CAD type computer program based on the parasolid core which generates 3D geometry of the designed product. On it`s basis is created technical documentation. The designed 3D model can also be used in CAM systems for machining parts or exported to STL format for 3D printing.
Metal Components We design single parts or entire devices containing metal elements. Metal elements designed by us meet technological requirements in terms of manufacturing by technology of mechanical treatment (milling, turning, spinning, welding, casting, extrusion). Design solutions we implement enable proper mounting with other components in assembly by the use of fixing elements (bolts, screws) or catches from plastic components.

Plastic Components We design single parts or entire devices containing plastic components, PCBs, backlight components, gaskets, buttons and mounting parts (screws, fasteners). Plastic elements designed by us meet the technological requirements in terms of manufacturing by injection mold technology. Design solutions we implement enable proper assembly. We design injection molds in cooperation with an injection technologist in a production facility indicated by the client.

Molds for Elastomers We design molds for elastomer products (seals, membranes, covers, sleeves, etc.) manufacture by pressure vulcanization. We design molds based on customer`s data, sketches, cooperating elements, 3D models, technical documentation, delivered product or prototype. We design injection molds in cooperation with an injection technologist in a production facility indicated by the client.
